Manufacturing Process

Design Process

CAD

To ensure our projects reach a flawless conclusion, a production plan is prepared based on our customers' approval by presenting all the required specifications for the product to be manufactured and molded (raw materials and mold materials, analyses, injection molding data, 3D and 2D draft mold designs).

All data pertaining to the product received from our customers are analyzed, and if there are mandatory modifications to be made to the product, they are discussed with the customer to obtain approval for the product's mold start data.

All systems belonging to the mold—Injection, Mounting, Runner, Cooling, Ejector, Core, and Moving Mechanisms—are shaped by obtaining the opinions and approval of our customers.

CAE

Before finalizing the part design, Injection Filling analysis, Cooling analysis, Warpage, and Sink Mark analyses are performed to prevent errors during injection and to preserve the desired product features.

Part and mold design begins once the suitability of the data presented to our customer is approved.

Tooling Room Process

CAM
The PowerMill program is utilized in our CAM department. In the CAM process, which is the first step to achieving targeted mold completion times, the required dimensional precision and surface quality are attained with minimum processing times.

CNC
For a flawless and rapid mass production process, services are provided with machinery and equipment featuring Machine-Holder-Tool precision. By ensuring dimensional accuracy, machining is executed in a way that minimizes EDM and fitting operations following the CNC process.

EDM
Precise and swift operations are performed on our Die Sinking EDM machines, where we utilize fast clamping systems.

MOLD ASSEMBLY
Fitting and assembly procedures of mold components are carried out by our experienced mold shop personnel using our conventional machines. The molds are made ready for mass production following trial prints and customer approval.

POLISHING
High visual and dimensional accuracy is achieved by paying strict and meticulous attention to the Polishing process, which is the final stage of mold manufacturing.

TRIAL AND MASS PRODUCTION
After mold manufacturing is completed, the initial printing trial is conducted. Following the completion of all visual and dimensional checks, as well as operational tests of the mold systems, mold identification plates are attached and painted. The mold takes its place on the shelf, ready for mass production.

Plastic Injection Process

Hisar Grup places great importance on customer satisfaction during the production phase and adopts this as a core principle.

We carry out production using a 3-shift working system based on a customer-oriented approach, utilizing our extensive machinery park ranging from 70 to 400 tons and modern technology.

Painting, Silkscreen, and Assembly Process

In line with our customers' requests, wet painting and soft-touch processes are integrated into the production flow, ensuring seamless part supply. Pad and silk screen printing applications are performed in-house using our screen printing machines according to customer demands.

The assembly and grouping processes of the manufactured parts are also executed based on our customers' requirements.
